Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pkr998's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to pkr998 in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) PKR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform — including your Account where one exists — at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if pkr998 reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties or the integrity of the Platform.
• Used the Platform in a manner that violates Applicable Laws.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Clauses 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr998 is registered and operated.
